Please remember these important policies and procedures.

  • Timecards are due every Monday.

  • If you are unable to report to your assignment, please call your immediate Supervisor and your Certified Customized Staffing Account Manager.

  • Always report injuries to your Supervisor Immediately. Do not leave the job site before reporting an injury. Ask your supervisor to contact your CCS supervisor immediately. FAILURE TO REPORT INJURIES IMMEDIATELY MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. You will be asked to complete forms regarding the injury. It is against the law to lie about an injury or make a false report in order to receive Workers’ Compensation benefits. The punishment for this crime can be up to five (5) years in prison and a $50,000 fine.

  • If you feel you are being harassed or an act of violence has been committed against you, report it to your Certified Customized Staffing Account Manager Immediately.

  • Certified Customized Staffing has a "no tolerance" policy against alcohol/drug use on company premises or under the influence while performing an assignment.

  • All employees are responsible for letting their CCS Account Manager know if they have a change in personal information; such as name, address, phone numbers, emergency contact information or dependent information. Failure to do so could result in complications in an emergency situation, or the inability for you to receive important information from Certified Customized Staffing.
